Caltrol Inc. is seeking an experienced Temporary Total Rewards Specialist to provide interim benefits and leave administration support for our Total Rewards team, overseeing self-funded health and welfare programs for about 340 employee-owners across multiple states.

In this full-time temporary assignment (Nov 2026–Mar 2027, with possible extension), you will manage open enrollment, leave administration, benefits changes, vendor coordination, and employee inquiries, while ensuring

Qualifikationen

• Three or more years of hands-on benefits administration experience, including enrollments and life events.
• Experience administering California leave programs (CFRA, FMLA, PDL, PFL, SDI, Paid Sick Leave).
• Strong Excel and data analysis abilities.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and handling PHI with discretion.
• Experience with UKG Pro benefits and open enrollment preferred.

Aufgaben

• Manage annual open enrollment from planning to post-enrollment auditing and reconciliation.
• Administer employee leave programs from intake to return to work, including notices and coordination.
• Process new-hire enrollments, life events, and changes to benefits and payroll deductions.
• Serve as first point of contact for benefits inquiries and escalate sensitive issues as needed.
• Coordinate vendor invoices and reconcile with enrollment and payroll records.
• Maintain benefits data in UKG and generate recurring reports.
• Assist with compliance activities and notices as required.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and carriers to keep processes accurate and timely.
• Provide general HR support and contribute to projects as needed.
