Our American Camp Association accredited summer camp is searching for responsible, enthusiastic individuals to serve as positive role models and mentors for youth aged 5‑17. Qualified candidates will demonstrate patience, fairness, compassion, resilience, great listening skills, and a passion for the outdoors, fun, and developing young people.
In this role you will help create a fun, caring, safe environment where young people learn to appreciate nature, enjoy adventure challenges, and build lasting friendships.
Supervises up to 10 children ages 5‑17, partnered with a co‑counselor. You’ll foster positive, developmentally solid relationships, assist in personal care as needed, and lead activities such as target sports, rock climbing, crafts, and aquatic events.
Pay: $290 per week.
Same responsibilities as the Jr Camp Counselor, but with a slightly higher pay rate.
Pay: $300 per week.
Manages all medical aspects of camp, including organization of medical forms, medication dispensing, minor first aid, and emergency response coordination.
Pay: $425 per week.
Supports the mental, emotional, and social well‑being of campers and staff. Handles high‑stress situations, documents incidents, and works with the Program Director to monitor ongoing concerns.
Pay: $425 per week.
Ensures all programs are delivered safely and in alignment with risk‑management standards. Oversees program materials and quality checks.
Pay: $425 per week.
Manages cabin and cleaning supply inventories and other operational resources, maintaining a clean and organized camp environment.
Pay: $425 per week.
Supports staff management, scheduling, performance communication, and team dynamics. Provides staff with the resources needed to perform effectively.
Pay: $425 per week.
Workdays begin around noon on Sunday and end around noon on Friday, with occasional fluctuations. Staff are on duty 24/7 during the camp week to ensure meals, activities, order, and cleanliness.
