Job summary

Taylor Corporation's Pictavo division in North Mankato, MN seeks a Software Support Specialist (Temporary) to deliver excellent customer service and basic software assistance to internal and external users of our proprietary software.

You will handle phone and email inquiries, perform tier 1 troubleshooting, and help improve processes while working a 40-hour, Monday–Friday schedule on site at 1750 Northway Drive. Strong communication, problem-solving, and independent work are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to document and communicate technical issues clearly.

• Experience with computers and common software/applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely information to customers by phone and email.
• Provide basic software support to clients via email, phone, or other methods.

• Perform tier 1 troubleshooting before escalation and assist other departments as needed.
