Baker Tilly is seeking a Temporary Senior Recruiter to join its experienced‑hire recruiting team. You will partner with hiring leaders, manage full life‑cycle recruiting, and source top talent while ensuring a strong candidate experience.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and three years of talent acquisition experience in a professional services firm, with familiarity in recruiting tools/ATS (e.g., Workday) and the ability to build relationships across a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Three years of experience in talent acquisition within a professional services firm required.
• Experience in full life cycle recruiting focused in professional services or agency recruiting preferred.
• Experience with recruiting tools/ATS (e.g., Workday) preferred.
• Ability to attract and retain talent, proven relationship-building skills, and strong leadership qualities to drive collaboration, influence, and change in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage full life‑cycle recruiting for experienced hires
• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs
• Source and identify qualified active and passive candidates
• Screen and assess candidates and present recommendations to hiring managers
• Coordinate and participate in interviews and debrief sessions
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Keep applicant tracking system updated and ensure job postings are accurate
• Lead the offer process, including preparing and extending offers
• Build strong relationships with internal clients and stakeholders
• Develop and maintain relationships with candidates
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth candidate communication and documentation
