The ideal candidate is proactive, collaborative, and skilled at building relationships in a fast‑paced environment. Three years of talent acquisition experience in a professional services setting and proficiency with Workday are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Three years of talent acquisition experience within a professional services firm.
• Experience with full life cycle recruiting for professional services or agencies preferred.
• Experience with recruiting tools/ATS (e.g., Workday) preferred.
• Ability to collaborate, influence and lead in a matrix environment.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship required.

Responsibilities

• Manage full life-cycle recruiting for experienced hires.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs.
• Source and identify qualified active and passive candidates.
• Screen and assess candidates and present recommendations to hiring managers.
• Coordinate and participate in interviews and debrief sessions.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Lead the offer process, including preparing and extending offers.
• Build strong relationships with internal clients and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain relationships with candidates.
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth candidate communication and documentation.
