Job summary

Catlin Gabel School is seeking a Temporary Helpdesk Support Technician to provide friendly, first-line technology support for students, educators, staff, families, and guests. This full-time temporary role lasts approximately 4-6 months, with potential extension, and is not benefit-eligible.

You will work across the campus, moving between walk-up support, tickets, device setup, classrooms, and events, under the guidance of the Technology team.

Qualifications

• Entry-level tech support experience is helpful but not required.
• Familiarity with macOS/iOS and Windows systems is a plus.
• Basic hardware and connectivity knowledge is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line helpdesk support in person, by tickets, phone, email, or remote tools.
• Set up and maintain devices, assist with software deployment, and track assets.
• Configure classrooms, meeting, and event tech; support AV and presentation gear.
