The role focuses on welcoming residents, answering inquiries, coordinating move-ins, managing packages, and collaborating with management teams. Responsibilities include resolving resident concerns, organizing events, using Sugar CRM to track service requests, and ensuring lease terms and policies are followed.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience.
• Multi-Family, Hospitality and/or Retail industry experience.
• Minimum of one year of office experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the community management team to resolve resident concerns and complaints.
• Welcome prospects, residents and vendors and answer inquiries about the property, lease details, amenities, etc.
• Answer telephone and texts promptly and direct inquiries or take messages.
• Organize incoming packages systematically.
• Plan, promote and produce events and activities to increase resident retention.
• Provide keys/fobs to residents or contractors and document per policy.
