Job summary

Project Access, Inc. in Santa Ana, CA seeks a Temporary Resident Services Coordinator to enhance community life for residents at Horizon Apartments. This full-time, temporary position extends through March 2027 with possible extension and requires proactive, autonomous work.

You will coordinate onsite classes and services, connect residents to resources, build partnerships, plan events, and publish a monthly newsletter while using a personal vehicle for offsite tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience delivering community programs.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Publisher) & Outlook.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• Successful completion of background check.

Responsibilities

• Identify and provide services promoting self-sufficiency.
• Coordinate onsite programs and staff for classes and services.
• Support food resource and distribution needs in the community.
• Maintain partnerships with local service providers.
• Plan and facilitate community events throughout the year.
• Provide residents with information and referrals to access resources.
• Maintain relationships with property managers.
• Publish a monthly resident newsletter with a calendar of events.
• Maintain a directory of local service providers.
• Collect resident data such as program attendance.
• Use a personal vehicle to obtain supplies and attend offsite meetings (IRS mileage rate when applicable).
