Job summary

Irvine Company Apartment Communities on-site community is seeking a Community Relations Representative to serve as the first point of contact for residents, manage communication, and support move-in/move-out processes. You will focus on fostering positive relationships, resident retention, and timely resolution of questions and concerns.

Key duties include delivering excellent customer service, maintaining common areas to standard, completing resident services tasks, and maximizing technology

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service by anticipating customer’s needs, addressing and taking ownership of resolving questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensures community common areas and grounds are consistently maintained to company standards, proactively identifying and resolving any potential hazards.
• Completes all administrative resident services tasks and ensures they are accurately documented in the appropriate operating platform.
• Drives efficiency by adopting and maximizing the use of new and existing technologies.
