Nutrabolt is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator (Temporary) in Austin, TX to support the full recruitment lifecycle across the organization. This role blends recruiting coordination, operations, and hands-on sourcing to help hire top talent for designated roles.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, capable of managing interview logistics while sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates. This temporary role runs through December 2026 with potential to extend.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years in talent acquisition or HR.
• Experience managing recruiting processes and communications.
• Proficient in ATS and recruiting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for entry-level, professional, and high-volume positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
• Conduct candidate phone screens and evaluate qualifications.
• Facilitate feedback discussions and interview debriefs; manage offer negotiations.
