Job summary

RealREPP, a full-service recruiting firm, partners with a well-established owner/developer to hire a Property Manager who will oversee the daily operations and maintenance of a mixed-use office portfolio in the Bay Area.

We seek candidates with 7–10 years of multi-site commercial real estate management, a Bachelor’s Degree, and a proven ability to manage teams, deliver superior customer service, and communicate clearly. MRI and Building Engines experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of multi-site commercial real estate management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of a mixed-use office portfolio in the Bay Area.

Job Specifications

• Minimum (7-10) years experience with multi-sites in commercial real estate management
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Ability to be a team player and excel in cross-functional collaboration
• Strong desire to provide superior customer service and operational excellence
• Ability to problem solve, reason, motivate, organize and train team members
• Ability to demonstrate strong initiative and proactive problem-solving abilities
• Proven ability to be organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in prioritizing workload
• Requires strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong presentation skills are a plus
• Computer literate including intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• MRI and Building Engines experience a plus
