• Basic computer skills and ability to use on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lease, market, and maintain positive resident relations.
• Show, tour, and sign leases for prospective residents.
• Attend onsite daily and manage leasing paperwork.
• Respond to resident needs and enforce community policies.
• Assist in developing resident retention programs.
• Maintain accurate leasing data and conduct market surveys.
• Support marketing efforts and outreach.
