Asset Living is seeking a Temporary Leasing Consultant in Lafayette, LA. You will handle leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property, with daily on-site presence and a focus on delivering excellent customer service.

The role covers showing units, qualifying prospects, tours, and completing all lease paperwork, while maintaining data accuracy and supporting retention initiatives. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Close sales by making appointments, generating leads, and following up as needed.
• Complete leasing paperwork before move-in and assist with audits and turn process.
• Maintain accurate traffic and leasing data and respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support marketing plan execution and collect market survey data for continual improvement.
