Asset Living in Atlanta is seeking a Temporary Leasing Consultant to handle all aspects of leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations for a property.

The role requires on-site presence, ability to show units, process applications, complete paperwork, and collaborate on marketing plans. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and basic computer skills, with knowledge of fair housing and OSHA regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Property Leasing and Administration.
• Regular onsite attendance is required.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour, and sign a lease.
• Complete leasing paperwork before move-in and assist with audits and turnover processes.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic data and respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support marketing plan execution and market analysis.
