Job summary
FourLeaf Federal Credit Union in New York is hiring a Teller to deliver exceptional member experiences while processing transactions and building relationships. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions with accuracy, and refer members to products and partners when appropriate.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1-4 years of customer service and cash handling experience.
- PC, Windows, and internet proficiency.
- Detail oriented, strong organizational skills, superior member service, excellent communication, and time management.
Responsibilities
- Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Build member relationships by identifying needs and recommending products.
- Refer members to the platform or partners to assist banking needs.
- Welcome members and manage lobby flow.
- Handle teller line requests such as printing debit cards and submitting fraud claims.
