Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in customer service or healthcare settings, strong communication, and solid organization skills. Healthcare environment experience and EMR familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in customer service, administrative, or healthcare role.
• Able to work Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5:00 pm.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors with high-level customer service.
• Manage a high volume of calls.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Complete patient intake and documentation.
• Collect, verify, and update insurance information.
• Process payments and maintain records.
• Order and receive office and medical supplies.
• Track and manage office inventory.
