The Receptionist will manage calls, greet patients, assist with scheduling, handle inquiries, and provide general administrative support to clinical and office staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; preferred healthcare admin or customer service experience.
• Experience in medical clinic or front desk is a plus.
• Excellent phone presence and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, families, vendors, and visitors warmly and professionally.
• Answer and route high-volume calls; take accurate messages.
• Check in/out patients; verify demographic and insurance info.
• Assist with appointment scheduling, confirmations, and rescheduling.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and waiting area.
• Handle inquiries in person, by phone, and by email; escalate as needed.
• Process mail, faxes, and other incoming correspondence.
• Support staff with data entry, filing, and routine admin tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and clinic data.
