Responsibilities

• First point of contact for clients in person; translate and share high level info.
• Maintain careful handling and security of all items with strict protocols.
• Provide onsite support ensuring a polished client experience during viewings.
• Assist with inquiries and direct clients to the appropriate team.
• Adhere to dress code and brand standards in a luxury environment.
• Participate in pre-event training and follow event procedures.
