You will work as a Brand Ambassador, manage high volumes of inquiries, and coordinate with specialists, finance, shipping and other teams to ensure seamless client outcomes. Strong communication, organization and empathy are essential.

• Manage daily ticket volumes via Freshdesk and meet SLAs.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and case activity.
• Deliver timely, professional communications reflecting client service standards.
• Handle complaints with empathy and solution-focused approach.
• Collaborate with specialists, finance, shipping to ensure client outcomes.
• Identify service issues and escalate where needed.
• Participate in ad hoc projects as required.
