Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to act as the brand ambassador on the frontline, delivering an elevated shopping experience across luxury retail channels. You will meet personal and store sales goals while supporting daily store operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include building client relationships, cross-selling, and using mobile POS and social selling tools to drive revenue. Flexible schedule, strong English skills, and a passion for fashion are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background and social media savvy; experience with live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling, product knowledge, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS and clienteling tools; engage via social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet KPIs and team targets.
• Source new customers and maintain relationships to close sales.
• Maintain floor and stockroom; handle transactions, inventory, and replenishment.
• Collaborate with teammates and participate in brand initiatives and training.
