Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• POS operation, basic computer skills (iPad/laptop) and walkie-talkie.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Experience with social media, live-stream shopping, clienteling.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and meet sales goals.
• Build client relationships through styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales via cross-selling and tailored recommendations.
• Use POS, clienteling tools and social platforms to capture data.
• Maintain store operations: cash wrap, inventory, merchandising.
• Develop personal sales plans and KPI alignment.
