Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver elevated, personalized shopping experiences, achieve sales goals, and assist daily store operations. This role blends luxury retail service, omni‑channel selling, and teamwork to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

Requirements include 1+ years in luxury retail, POS proficiency, and strong English. A background in live-stream shopping or video demos is preferred. Flexible scheduling includes nights and weekends.

Formación

• 1+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Experience with POS and Mobile POS; price sheets reading.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background; social media savvy; live-stream/video demos experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Schedule flexibility including nights and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, following style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales via cross-selling and upselling with tailored recommendations.
• Use POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop personal sales plans; meet/exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers and maintain relationships to close sales.
• Maintain energy on floor; manage multiple customers and adapt selling techniques.
• Process transactions; manage returns/exchanges and online pickups.
• Support inventory and stockroom tasks; assist teammates as needed.
• Participate in brand initiatives and training programs.
