Job summary

Pyramid Consulting Group, LLC is assisting a luxury brand by hiring a Temp Logistics Coordinator to join their team onsite in New York City. The assignment begins immediately and will run for approximately 2–3 months.

You will act as the main point of contact for logistics across internal teams and external partners, track store deliveries and returns, monitor KPIs, and coordinate with 3PL providers to support events and store openings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, inventory control, or 3PL coordination.
• Strong Excel skills with formulas, lookups, pivot tables, and large data sets (Power Query is a plus).
• Experience using SAP or similar ERP/WMS systems for order management, inventory tracking, and reporting.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and data reconciliation.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and external partners.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, proactive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for logistics across internal teams and external partners, including 3PL providers.
• Track and manage store deliveries, transfers, returns, and reverse logistics, resolving delays and issues as needed.
• Monitor and report on KPIs such as service levels, carrier performance, inventory accuracy, and costs.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through order management, stock adjustments, reconciliations, and discrepancy resolution.
• Communicate updates on shipments, delays, and issue resolutions to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Partner with 3PL providers to coordinate daily operations, shipping needs, and exception handling.
• Support logistics execution for special projects such as store openings, events, and other business initiatives.
