Job summary

Ohscent Global INC. in New York is seeking a detail‑oriented logistics coordinator to manage day‑to‑day supply chain and logistics operations, coordinate customs clearance, and work with 3PL warehouses to ensure timely receiving, storage, and shipping.

You will monitor daily order fulfillment, conduct inventory audits, maintain shipping documents, and communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve issues, improving accuracy and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, or consumer goods preferred.
• Experience with 3PL warehouses, order fulfillment, inventory management, and customs clearance.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Fluent in English and Korean with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day supply chain and logistics operations for timely movement of goods.
• Manage and coordinate customs clearance processes with brokers and partners.
• Oversee operations with 3PL warehouses including inventory management, receiving, storage, and shipping.
• Monitor daily order fulfillment and ensure accurate processing and on-time shipping.
• Conduct and coordinate inventory audits to maintain records and identify discrepancies.
• Maintain and organize shipping documents, invoices, and inventory records.
• Communicate with suppliers, carriers, warehouse partners, and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Track shipments and inventory movements and provide status updates.
• Assist with general administrative tasks to support smooth operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness.
