LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics is seeking a Temp Coordinator, Retail & Operations to support the North America Retail Innovation team in executing new retail concepts, boutiques, and pop-ups. The role emphasizes luxury client experience, organization, agility, and cross-functional collaboration across planning and execution stages.

The candidate will assist in onboarding, vendor coordination, and communications with field teams, while maintaining operational excellence and documenting action items

Qualifications

2+ years of retail operations experience.
Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Maintains composure and is solutions-oriented under pressure.
Able to prioritize dependencies and risks.
Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

Maintain store opening operations tracker with key dates and deliverables.
Support openings, pop-ups, and store openings with agendas and minutes.
Serve as point of contact for boutique staff.
Build onboarding and training materials for field teams.
Maintain store Google Business Profiles with hours and launches.
Coordinate with vendors and schedules.
Code store invoices.
Provide additional admin support to Retail Innovation leadership.
Promote a positive, united team environment.
