Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills are required for on-site software functions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leasing, marketing, and resident relations for the property.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour, and sign a lease.
• Complete leasing paperwork prior to move-in and assist with audits and turnovers.
• Maintain prospect traffic and respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support marketing plans to drive traffic and achieve leasing goals.
• Handle resident complaints to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Contribute to the upkeep of the office, common areas, and model units.
• Assist in implementing annual marketing plan outreach and market surveys.
