Asset Living is seeking a Temporary Leasing Consultant to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a multifamily property. The role requires on-site presence and involves greeting prospects, tours, and lease signings.

The position emphasizes maintaining prospect data, achieving leasing goals, and supporting marketing efforts to drive traffic and conversions. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required, with knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA standards preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet and qualify applicants.
• Conduct tours and sign leases; close sales and complete leasing paperwork.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Assist in developing resident retention programs and marketing outreach.
• Provide excellent customer service and address resident concerns to ensure satisfaction.
