Resort Lifestyle Communities is seeking a Temporary Dishwasher / Kitchen Prep to support dining services for residents. You’ll operate the dish machine, prep and stock items, and help maintain a clean, safe kitchen and dining area.

This temporary role runs Tuesday–Saturday, 11:30am–8:00pm; no previous culinary experience required, must be 18+, and you may need a food handler permit within two weeks of starting.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read, speak and understand basic English.
• Able to obtain food handler permits within two weeks of start date.
• No prior culinary experience required.
• Temporary assignment lasting a few weeks to several months.

Responsabilidades

• Operate the dish machine by loading, running, unloading and reporting issues; monitor water temperatures for sanitization.
• Wash, store and handle all tableware and kitchenware; keep dish room organized with adequate clean items.
• Clean food prep and production areas; buss tables, fill water carafes, prepare tables and deliver room-service orders.
• Safely use ovens, steamers, grills and kitchen tools, including sharp utensils and small appliances.
• Listen and respond politely to food comments or complaints and report concerns to leadership.
• Perform support work and any additional tasks, including trash removal.
