Job summary

Resort Lifestyle Communities is seeking a Kitchen Prep / Dishwasher to support resident dining by preparing and stocking a fresh salad bar, washing and sanitizing tableware, and keeping the dish area clean. You will help ensure timely service and a safe, welcoming dining experience.

This full-time role requires no prior culinary experience, is 18+, and requires a Tue-Sat 11:30am–8:00pm schedule. You may obtain required food handler permits within two weeks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, speak and understand basic English.
• No prior culinary experience required.
• Able to obtain food handler permits within first two weeks of employment.

Responsibilities

• Operate the dish machine and monitor water temperatures for sanitization.
• Wash, store, and handle tableware and kitchenware; keep dish room clean.
• Assist in dining room: bussing tables, refilling water, and delivering room-service orders.
• Safely use ovens, steamers, grills, and small appliances for daily prep.
• Respond politely to comments or complaints and report concerns to leadership.
• Perform support tasks including trash removal.
