Job summary

Marc Jacobs International seeks a Temporary Keyholder for its Scottsdale Fashion Square location in Scottsdale, Arizona. This one-month assignment may extend or end based on business needs, with a focus on opening/closing, cash handling, and providing leadership in the absence of management.

You'll support sales and service, engage in clienteling to foster repeat business, and help maintain a guest-ready store environment and secure operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in a retail setting.
• Reliability and responsibility with cash handling.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and strong interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• De-escalate conflicts and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Consistently achieve or exceed individual & store sales and other KPIs.
• Open and close duties and ensure security of the store.
• Build clienteling to drive repeat business and provide styling expertise.
• Maintain stockroom and sales floor organized; process sales transactions.
