Marc Jacobs International is seeking a Sales Associate for the Scottsdale Fashion Square location in Scottsdale, Arizona. You will drive sales and deliver exceptional client experiences through attentive service, clienteling, and support of store operations.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in retail with a passion for the Marc Jacobs brand, strong communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in retail, sales, or industry-adjacent role with a focus on customer service.
• Experience in generating sales, building, and developing client relations.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve or exceed individual & store sales and other KPIs.
• Ensure the store is guest ready and welcoming for clients.
• Build the sale by using styling expertise and product knowledge.
• Capture client data and cultivate relationships for repeat business.
• Initiate regular client contact and provide prompt follow-up on inquiries.
