Marc Jacobs International is seeking a Temporary Keyholder for its Scottsdale Fashion Square location in Scottsdale, Arizona. This role is initially one month, with potential extension, and includes opening/closing duties, security, cash handling, and leadership support in the absence of management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in a retail setting.
• Proven reliability and strong sense of responsibility.
• Flexibility to work retail schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with ability to de-escalate situations calmly.
• Confidence in managing cash transactions and deposits with register accuracy.
• Strong ability to manage tasks, maintain cleanliness, and ensure operational efficiency.
• Identify problems quickly and provide solutions.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer literacy.
• Meticulousness in handling financial tasks and security procedures.

Responsibilities

• De-escalate conflicts and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Consistently achieve or exceed individual & store sales and other KPIs.
• Ensure the store is guest ready and welcoming to clients.
• Build sales as an expert in styling, trends, and product knowledge.
• Guide the client journey to drive repeat business.
• Contribute deep knowledge of Marc Jacobs Universe and brand pillars.
• Capture client data and cultivate new/existing relationships.
• Initiate regular client contact and follow up on sales and inquiries.
• Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of sales floor and stockroom.
• Execute opening and closing duties; manage cash handling procedures.
• Prepare bank deposits and reconcile cash registers at day end.
