Job summary

Marc Jacobs International seeks a Store Manager for its Scottsdale Fashion Square location in Scottsdale, Arizona. The Store Manager will oversee the daily operation of the store including the overall management of the team, merchandise, and sales results.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, this position is responsible for loss prevention compliance, human resources management, as well as visual merchandising presentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years managing others in retail or customer service.
• Proven ability to motivate and coach teams.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret KPIs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Organized with strong time management.

• Customer-focused with a clienteling mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead team to achieve sales targets.
• Analyze sales figures and KPIs using available data/systems.
• Deliver exceptional client experiences through clienteling.
• Promote brand awareness and community engagement.
• Collaborate with Visual Merchandising to maintain store presentation.
• Assist in HR processes including onboarding and coaching.
• Manage scheduling and payroll accuracy.
• Ensure loss prevention and operations standards.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and shrink control.
• Oversee store day-to-day operations to meet KPIs and P&L targets.
