Job summary

You will lead, coach, and develop the team, manage supplies against green initiatives, and assist with budgets to maximize profitability.

Excellent communication and supervisory skills are essential; English required, Mandarin or Spanish a plus; a Bachelor's in hospitality or equivalent is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in hospitality or related field.
• 3+ years of housekeeping/room operations experience.
• Direct supervisory experience over a housekeeping team.
• English required; Mandarin/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Managing, coaching, and developing a team dedicated to exceptional housekeeping and laundry standards
• Maintaining and ordering supplies and equipment – while minimizing waste – in support of our green initiatives
• Helping to refine and prepare budgets that help us maximize profitability
• Addressing special requests for guests, VIPs, repeat visitors and VIP Club members
• Assisting with deep cleaning projects and occasionally assisting your team during busy periods
• Educating all team members on the importance of remaining compliant with federal, state, and local laws and safety standards
