Job summary

SoftPro is seeking a Temporary Help Desk Analyst for our Pro1099 team in Raleigh, NC. The role supports customers updating 1099 software for the 2026 tax year, with a hybrid in-office/remote work option.

You will handle calls, document resolutions, and use ScreenConnect/Go To Assist to troubleshoot. The position starts in November 2026 and ends April 9, 2027, with no health benefits or PTO for this contract.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience with professionalism.
• Strong communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage time and document issues clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide software support via phone and remote sessions to 1099 customers.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls focusing on the Pro1099 application.
• Document issues, steps taken and feedback in support tracking software.
• Collaborate with team in a fast-paced hybrid environment.
