Job summary

SoftPro in Raleigh, NC is seeking a temporary Pro1099 Help Desk Analyst to support customers updating 1099 software for the 2026 tax year. The position runs from early November 2026 through April 9, 2027, with a Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:30pm schedule and a hybrid work arrangement.

Remote work may be considered for qualified candidates. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality customer service via phone and remote sessions, logging issues, and assisting customers with the Pro1099

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience with high professionalism.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment.
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving, analysis and testing skills.
• Deadline-driven project management experience; real estate/title domain a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide software support via phone and remote sessions to 1099 customers.
• Assist customers in updating their 1099 Software to the 2026 Tax Year.
• Document all issues, steps, and feedback in the support system.
• Maintain understanding of tools including Desktop OS and Office applications.
• Work in inbound and outbound call center setup to assist customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
