Job summary

HRforGrowth is representing a client seeking a Temporary Fulfillment Center Operations Associate to join the warehouse floor. You will pick and fill orders, receive shipments, and maintain a clean, safe environment while supporting multiple client needs.

The role requires standing for long periods, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and flexibility to adapt to various client systems. Training and safe procedures are provided.

Qualifications

• Must have detail-oriented, reliable, organized and proactive attitude.
• Comfortable learning new software and providing feedback on tools.
• Warehouse/distribution experience required; startup experience a plus.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Overtime may be required based on business needs.
• Basic math skills and computer savvy required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, QA, and inventory manage products.
• Accurately pick/pack customer orders using warehouse app.
• Partner with Inventory Specialist to prepare deliveries for shipment.
• Adhere to safety policies and complete safety training and assessments.
• Quality control inspection of products.
