Job summary

HRforGrowth is recruiting for a Temporary Fulfillment Center Operations Associate to join a fast-paced warehouse team in Albuquerque, NM. The role involves on-the-floor order processing, picking and packing, receiving and QA, and ensuring safe, efficient fulfillment for multiple clients.

The ideal candidate can stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, adapt to seasonal temperature changes, and learn new warehouse software.

Qualifications

Detail-oriented, reliable, organized, proactive, and approachable.
Comfortable learning new software and providing feedback on tools used.
Warehouse/distribution experience is required; start-up experience is a plus.
A high school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
Overtime will be required based on business needs.
Must have basic math skills and be computer savvy.
Valid Driver's License.
Able to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Must have a working cell phone and be willing to download an app to use for picking/packing.

Responsibilities

Receiving, QA, and inventory management of products.
Accurately and efficiently pick/pack customer orders using an internal warehouse application.
Partner with Inventory Specialist to prepare deliveries for shipment.
Adhere to all safety policies, and procedures and complete all safety training and assessments.
Quality control inspection of products.
