Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Calculator skills for moderately complex math.
• Able to interact with guests tactfully and resolve conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, sincere welcome and provide information.
• Complete registration using the computer system and verify guest details.
• Handle payments, vouchers, and currency exchange per hotel policy.
• Answer phone calls promptly and relay messages to guests.
• Close guest accounts at checkout and resolve any issues or dissatisfaction.
• Assist with guest requests and emergencies, using judgment and discretion.
• Maintain attendance and be available for regular shifts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
