Job summary

AOT Central Garage is seeking a temporary Business Project Manager to modernize and improve AssetWorks/M5 fleet management. The role involves cleaning up data, implementing features, and developing SOPs while coordinating training for staff.

The position supports the Data Analyst and Administrative Service Coordinator to identify quick wins and document improvements for future employees. Travel may be required in a standard office setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree AND four (4) years or more of experience where the primary role was project management.
• OR
• Associate's degree AND six (6) years or more of experience where the primary role was project management.
• OR
• High School diploma or equivalent AND eight (8) years or more of experience where the primary role was project management.

Responsibilities

• Clean up and organize existing data in AssetWorks/M5 fleet system.
• Implement underused system features and develop standard operating procedures.
• Establish practical measures for tracking progress and success.
• Coordinate training for current staff and document new procedures for future employees.
• Collaborate with Data Analyst and Administrative Service Coordinator to drive quick improvements while supporting the larger system implementation.
