Job summary

MasTec Clean Energy & Infrastructure is seeking a Fleet Manager to lead procurement, scheduling and financial analysis of all equipment assets. You will develop fleet strategies, SOPs, and vendor relations to optimize utilization and project delivery.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, strong MS Office/ Primavera/ Viewpoint skills, and the ability to travel up to 25%. You will report to the Equipment Operations Director and support multiple regional projects.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5+ years relevant experience; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Fleet management staff in procurement, scheduling and asset management.
• Write and implement policies and SOPs for fleet management.
• Provide financial analysis on equipment fleet and advise on CapEx decisions.
• Negotiate terms with vendors for rent, lease or purchase of assets.
• Forecast needs with project teams and maximize fleet utilization within schedule and budget.
• Review invoices, POs, and quotes related to equipment rental and purchase.
• Oversee fleet telematics and data reporting for project billing and availability.
• Travel up to 25% to regional office locations.
