Job summary

Vermont Agency of Transportation Central Garage is seeking a temporary, part-time Business Project Manager to modernize its AssetWorks/M5 fleet management system. You will clean and organize data, implement features, and develop procedures while coordinating training with a Data Analyst and Administrative Service Coordinator.

The role is office-based in Berlin, VT, with some travel possible and a focus on improving fleet management processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years PM experience, or Associate's with 6+ years, or HS diploma with 8+ years.
• Primary professional experience in project management.
• Ability to work with AssetWorks/M5 fleet management systems.
• Strong organizational and data management skills.
• Experience coordinating training and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Clean and organize data in AssetWorks/M5 fleet management system.
• Implement system features and develop procedures.
• Coordinate staff training and collaborate with Data Analyst and Administrative Service Coordinator.
• Help complete improvements for the Central Garage's fleet management processes.
• Travel as needed for coordination and training.
