Tory Burch is seeking an Archive Contractor for the Secaucus facility to oversee day-to-day activities, organizing and preserving past season corporate product across all categories.

You will handle cataloging, tagging, housing, and digital documentation, ensuring archival integrity while coordinating shipments to corporate offices. Strong attention to detail and independent work style are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in an archive, sample library, fashion showroom, or related environment (internships welcome).
• Familiarity with archive best practices and object handling procedures.
• Experience in cataloging, classifying, or inventorying garments and accessories.

Responsabilités

• Archive Fulfillment & Coordination: stage garments and prepare shipments to NY/NJ offices.
• Receive and process ongoing shipments, ensure accurate intake and organization.
• Organize archive inventory by category, season, and year.
• Tag and rehouse garments using archival materials.
• Perform routine object care and condition assessments.
• Photograph garments missing images and upload to Tory Track with correct style codes.
• Assist with annual physical audit of archive inventory at Secaucus.
