Fourth Floor is seeking a Temporary Archive Assistant in Secaucus, New Jersey to join the fashion brand’s archive team. You will assess object condition, apply collections management techniques for proper storage, and support design pulls and research to maintain accurate item locations in the database.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, with knowledge of archival practices and experience in digital and physical asset management, and able to perform standing activities for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assess condition of objects and store items using collections management techniques.
• Provide support to archive team with design pulls and research.

• Assist in archive maintenance: labeling, organization, hanger replacement, and vacuuming as needed.
