Job summary

Tory Burch is seeking a Temporary Events Coordinator to support planning, coordination, and execution of a wide range of global and regional events across our brand. You will work with cross-functional partners to ensure flawless execution and brand consistency.

You will manage vendor relationships, budgets, and event calendars while helping craft engaging retail activations and customer experiences. This role supports multiple concurrent projects and may require travel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in event planning, event marketing, experiential marketing, public relations, hospitality, or a related field.
• Experience supporting multiple events or projects simultaneously from planning through execution.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience managing budgets, vendor relationships, and event logistics is preferred.
• Ability to occasionally work evenings, weekends, and travel as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of a variety of events, including Global Brand and Product Launches, Tory Burch Personal Appearances, wholesale and retail marketing activations, and Tory Burch Foundation events.
• Partner closely with the Senior Director of Global Events and Events Associate to coordinate event production logistics, timelines, and deliverables.
• Source, manage, and confirm external vendors while ensuring projects remain within budget parameters and align with Tory Burch brand standards.
• Collaborate with Retail Marketing to develop engaging retail activations and in-store experiences that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and brand awareness.
• Create and maintain key event management tools and materials, including event calendars, budgets, invoices, guest lists, run-of-show documents, event briefs, contracts, face sheets, and post-event recaps.
• Assist with event reporting by gathering performance data, compiling feedback, conducting research, and contributing to post-event analyses and team debriefs.
• Support ongoing team planning and administrative processes to ensure seamless event execution across multiple concurrent projects.
