Job summary

Washington State Employees Credit Union seeks a Temporary Facilities Maintenance Support in Olympia. You will assist with daily facilities operations, handling FF&E, mail room tasks, and meeting-room setup while supporting security and safety across branches and campuses.

You'll coordinate with staff, vendors, and management to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to standards, with potential overtime and travel across Washington.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in construction, property management, or a related field.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods; lift up to 70 pounds.
• Demonstrated knowledge of construction codes, health and safety regulations, and purchasing practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with professional interaction at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day facilities operations, FF&E, and mail room tasks.
• Support branch and campus security needs and maintain a safe environment.
• Set up meeting rooms, respond to management requests, and manage multiple priorities.
• Inspect completed work for compliance with codes and standards; coordinate with vendors.
