Job summary

CloudHQ seeks an ERP Manager to manage, optimize, and support the enterprise resource planning system across finance, development, procurement, and construction workflows. You will partner with accounting, development and IT to streamline processes, maintain data accuracy, and implement system enhancements to support rapid portfolio growth.

You will oversee user access and reporting, drive month-end close activities, and design scalable processes with a focus on internal controls and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required or highly preferred.
• 6+ years in accounting/financial systems administration or business systems analysis.
• Hands-on with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Workday, Yardi) and integration projects.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and experience with financial reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage, optimize and support ERP systems across finance, development, procurement and construction workflows.
• Lead or contribute to ERP implementations, upgrades and integrations.
• Develop configurations, workflows, security roles and data structures.
• Ensure data accuracy, internal controls, and timely financial reporting.
