Job summary

SPS North America is seeking a Scanning Operator for a temporary, project-based role in Houston. You will support document preparation, scanning, indexing, and records management to convert physical records into organized digital files.

This position requires attention to detail, the ability to perform repetitive tasks, and basic Microsoft Office skills. The role runs Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, through the end of the year, with on-site work and confidentiality requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or equivalent work experience.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to learn document management procedures and site rules.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume document scanning and imaging.
• Prepare, sort, and scan documents with high-speed equipment.
• Index records and re-scan as needed to maintain accuracy.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure complete and correct files.
• Assist with data entry and records storage tasks.
