Trustpoint.One is partnering with a premier Washington, DC law firm to provide 3-4 experienced paralegals for a temporary document review project. The role is 100% onsite in Washington, DC, with hours 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, starting the week of September 21, 2026 and duration TBD.

Candidates should have paralegal or legal document review experience and familiarity with Relativity. Defense-side experience is strongly preferred, with a high emphasis on discretion and confidentiality.

Temporary Document Review Paralegal - Washington, DC

Trustpoint.One is partnering with a highly regarded law firm in Washington, DC to identify 3-4 experienced paralegals for an upcoming temporary document review project.

This position will work 100% onsite in Washington, DC, Monday through Friday (anticipated hours are from 9:00 AM-5:00 PM). The project is anticipated to begin the week of September 21, 2026. Duration is currently to be determined.

Responsibilities:

  • Review legal documents, including emails and invoices, as part of an attorney lateral transfer project
  • Conduct document review using Relativity
  • Carefully review and organize materials in accordance with project guidelines
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Work closely with the onsite legal team to ensure an accurate and efficient review process

Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily with reasonable accommodations

  • This is a high-volume screen-based role, requiring constant, prolonged computer usage, including but not limited to: reviewing documents, managing visual content, and attending virtual meetings
  • Visual acuity required for computer use, data analysis, and extended reading

  • Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing and document handling
  • Occasional standing, walking, bending, and reaching
