Job summary

Trustpoint.One is partnering with a premier Washington, DC law firm to provide 3-4 experienced paralegals for a temporary document review project. The role is 100% onsite in Washington, DC, with hours 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, starting the week of September 21, 2026 and duration TBD.

Candidates should have paralegal or legal document review experience and familiarity with Relativity. Defense-side experience is strongly preferred, with a high emphasis on discretion and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Prior paralegal or legal document review experience.
• Experience supporting defense-side attorneys/litigation matters strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with Relativity required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently with a high volume of documents.
• Professional judgment and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Review legal documents, including emails and invoices, as part of an attorney lateral transfer project.
• Conduct document review using Relativity.
• Carefully review and organize materials in accordance with project guidelines.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Work closely with the onsite legal team to ensure an accurate and efficient review process.
